InterSec Protection Inc has announced the formulation of its Fire Guard Division. In keeping with the growing concerns for public and private safety, InterSec Protection Inc has added its newest division to their long list of professional services.

Mandated by the FDNY, any facility that houses, employs or welcomes the general and private public must be in total compliance with local, city and state fire codes and regulations. Sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, water flow monitoring are all part of these codes. They must be inspected on a regular basis and repaired immediately in cases of breakdowns. The client must employ the services of a certified "Fire Guard" while these repairs are being completed. A "Fire Guard" must be present when arc welding is being done, sprinkler systems are being repaired, tested or shut down and when new construction is in progress. "Fire Guards" are also mandated to be on duty in hotels, shelters, marinas and nightclubs.

These policies are in effect for the five boroughs of New York City but many retailers with units and offices in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties are following the same safety guidelines."

Salvatore "Sonny" Grosso of InterSec Protection Inc, announced today the signing of a Consulting Agreement with former Nassau County Executive, Mr. Tomas Gulotta.

"To have reached an agreement with such a well respected and successful individual like Tom Gulotta in just our third year, is like when the Yankees signed Babe Ruth! Tom is more than a consultant for us, he is a friend and mentor as well", said Grosso.

The Agreement, which took effect May 1, 2004, was signed in Gulotta's office where he has a private practice and association with the prestigious law firm of Shaw, Licitra, Esernio, Shwartz & Pfluger in Garden City.
